The installers were the best, they very friendly and professional. I will say that they went beyond the expectations, first off they were on time, which is amazing in its self. When they started working on inserting the fireplace they made sure the floor was covered and anytime they needed me, I wasn't rushed, they were on my time line. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them and if I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you for a great experience.

In a major remodel, we used Reign of Fire to replace a wood burning insert with a gas fireplace. We also had them install another gas unit in the area being remodeled. This was outside the scope of work with our contractor but Reign of Fire coordinated seamlessly with the contractor avoiding any delays or other problems. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Reign of Fire.
